The property accommodates eight people in three bedrooms (one master suite with super king-size bed or twin beds, plus shower in bedroom, one room with a double bed and one room with two bunk beds), plus a family bathroom. There is also a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and cloakroom. Outside there is a balcony and steps down to a well-established garden with garden furniture, plus parking for 4 cars on the driveway. Blackgate is ideal for two families and is an excellent base for those looking to be close to Dartmouth yet conveniently located for exploring beautiful South Devon. Three bedrooms: 1 x super king (can be a twin) with wash basin and shower cubicle with a Mira thermostatic shower. 1 x double 2x sets of bunk beds (3ft) A folding bed and bedding is available on request for an additional guest. Living room. Dining room. Kitchen. Utility room. Cloakroom with w.c and hand basin. Family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin and w.c. Well-established garden which contains many pretty shrubs and flowers.
